How to return or exchange a product – Any problems with the process below then please Contact Us.


A copy of the below will be included with all our products to provide a clear returns process and we hope gives clear guidelines as follows:

Should you need to return an item to us for any reason shown in the “Reason Code” below, then please follow the instructions below and include details covering the reason/proof of purchase.You can choose either an exchange, or a refund (less the cost of delivery and return, unless the goods are found to be classed as faulty).

Please circle the “Reason Code” below for the return:

  1. Item is not what it looked like on the website.
  2. Item shows poor quality.
  3. Incorrect item received.
  4. The parcel arrived damaged upon receipt.
  5. Item is faulty. (Please state what you believe the fault is).
  6. Other

If an item is returned because the wrong kit was accidentally ordered, then we are only able to exchange items returned for a different size if we have them in stock and they were not made to order or personalised.

If the item received is not what you ordered, please confirm if an exchange required (If No a refund will be provided on the assumption that the item was not personalised). Yes/ No.

When sending an item back to us for refund/exchange via post, please remember to obtain a “proof of postage receipt”. Without this we cannot be responsible for any items that fail to reach us.

Please return all goods unworn/unused, as sold, with all the original packaging, tags and labels, within 14 days from receipt, packed safely in secure outer packaging or box, clearly labelled with our address. Please do not apply an address label or any other markings to the product packaging itself.

None of the above affects your statutory rights.

Please add your email address, to enable us to confirm that we have received the goods back from you, and to advise you of the total amount we are refunding once we have inspected the returns. Please note that we are not responsible for return postage unless goods are faulty.

Please Note: If an exchange is required because of a customer’s change of selection/heart, then there may be postage charges to be paid before a replacement can be dispatched (please note this is not an option for personalised goods).
